Shipping Policy
We currently ship throughout the United States. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after order verification. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during sale events or peak periods.
If you experience any shipping delays, we encourage you to first check your tracking information. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our fulfillment center.
We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout, or due to carrier delays once the package is in transit. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.
Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the receipt of your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are receiving a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all items before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund, and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded but may be exchanged for store credit.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
